Wyrd and Wonder is hosted by multiple fabulous people including Imyril, Lisa, Jorie, Annemieke, and Ariana.

Today’s top five is about the Wyrd and Wonder mascots and books that feature them: wolf, raven, pegasus, phoenix, dragon.

I just finished The Last Wish by Andrzej Sapkowski.

Shadow Gate is book two in the Crossroads series by Kate Elliott. It is quite thought-provoking although at times not a very pleasant to read.

On the other hand the much lauded The House in the Cerulean Sea by TJ Klune is a cinnamon roll of a read.

The Wicked Deep by Shea Ernshaw is atmospheric and interesting if your fantasy tastes are leaning more spooky but not too scary.

Dragon Prince by Melanie Rawn is the only book in this series that I’ve reread and I still love it. The second half does take on hard topics, including rape. Our characters are put through the wringer. It might be my favorite Melanie Rawn book (and this series is finished if you wanted to challenge yourself).
