Friday Reads: Nebula First Impressions

I went deep into the Nebula Finalists this week.

My library system has most of the books and a bunch of them got to my branch quickly.

Piranesi by Susannna Clarke, Star Daughter by Shveta Thakrar, and Raybearer by Jordan Ifueko were already in my to be read stacks, I just needed to bring them to the top.

I bought A Wizard’s Guide to Defensive Baking by T. Kingfisher last year. The first chapter is already talking about food and I adore it. (There’s also a corpse.)

I’ll also be finishing Kushiel’s Chosen this week. That has been a journey. Third time reading and I still love it.

What are you reading this weekend?

I’ve got all those on my tbr as well, but currently I am reading The Girls Are All So Nice Here by Laurie Elite Flynn. Then I’m diving into Sweet and Bitter Magic by Adrienne Tooly. I hope to finish both within two-four days provided I’m not interrupted lol. Also: I really need to pick up a T. Kingfisher book at some point. I got almost all her books on my tbr wishlist lol
